Please note that returns can be requested within 14 days after receiving the package.
We will review your return request within 2 business day.
You will receive an email with the return instructions once your request is approved.
Returns must be sent back to our logistic center in Seoul (shipping fee is at the customer's expense)

Refund options(退款方式)
Gift Card refund 禮品卡退款: 如退貨後未達活動優惠或免運標準，將於退款時扣除金額
Under 10 items returned: You will be refunded the full paid amount for the merchandise (the shipping fee is not refundable, minimum order discount will be deducted)
Over 10 Items returned: You will be refunded the full paid amount for the merchandise minus a $2 restock fee per item to gift card.
Credit Card refund 信用卡退款: 全額退款，每件商品收取2美元的手續費。如退貨後未達活動優惠或免運標準，將於退款時扣除金額

Restocking Fee Amount:
For returns involving 10 items or more, a restocking fee of $2 per item will be applied to each returned item.
